Nicola’s Vacanze srl deals with the management of the tourist-residential structure within the residence called “Nicola’s Village” in Villapiana (CS). The residence is located just 400 meters from the sea and precisely in Villapiana Scalo.

The complex, originally born as a residence, was sold for about 50% to private individuals. The remaining part, appropriately modified, has been transformed into a tourist-residential structure.

The tourist facility began its activity in the 2014 summer season working in collaboration with well-known Tour Operators, operating in the Italian Sea and a series of branched agencies throughout central and southern Italy.

The partners, originally from the province of Bari, have long acquired experience in the Calabria area for the management of the tourist-residential facility in question; together with the appropriately selected professional figures, they can best satisfy the requests and needs of customers.

The combination of entrepreneurial skills and experience, combined with a passion for the hospitality sector, have led Nicola’s Vacanze to become a reality, with the aim of achieving more than satisfactory results over time.

The company intends to increase the visibility of its structure on the tourism market with the collaboration of established and active Tour Operators and Travel Agencies.

The product / service

The residential tourist complex consists of 135 apartments with respective internal parking lots, a playground for children. The residence is divided into 4 buildings, each consisting of two-room and three-room apartments, air-conditioned in the main room. The company has, on an exclusive basis, about 50 apartments as well as a service area with a bar and an adjoining equipped external appurtenance, entertainment area, medium-sized swimming pool, sports field, and a private beach with additional recreational spaces.

The structure, available to the tourist initiative, can accommodate about 250 beds.
